REPAIR
Maintaining your vehicle is an important part of ownership.
A thorough service doesn't just involve the replacement of an engine's oil and filter, but the complete inspection of the vehicle as well.
Our facilities allow for the servicing and repair of almost all makes and models, including motorcycles, light trucks, and forklifts.
Log book servicing
With access to OEM parts and data, your vehicles warranty is safe with us.
Each service is conducted in accordance to manufacturer specifications, backed by both us and our parts suppliers.
Part of this service is the lubrication of hinges and sunroofs, as well as the checking and tightening of all suspension components - as requested by the manufacturer.
Conducting regular logbook servicing is the most pro-active way of ensuring your car remains in its best shape throughout ownership.
Engineering certification
From after market components, to custom creations, every build has its limit. It's up to an engineer to assess and determine it.
Brake testing, chassis modification, engine replacement, our shop is happy to aid in the certification process to guarantee your vehicle is both physically and legally safe.
E-Safety and AUVIS inspections
An E-Safety Check, formerly known as a pink slip, is often forgotten until you receive a renewal notice in the mail. The purpose of this inspection is to ensure the safety of your vehicle for both yourself, and other users on the road.
We're often told that this inspection is quick, easy and should be completed within a couple of minutes - this is far from the truth.
Don't leave your inspections until the last minute, you never known what may need rectifying.
Gearbox servicing
Though a gearbox does not use hydraulics to work, its fluid does require replacement at regular maintenance intervals to continue functioning reliably.
Gearbox fluid provides lubrication, cooling and cleaning properties for the gearsets inside. Fluid lacking these attributes can cause harsh shifting, difficulty engaging gears and increased wear or destruction of the gearsets inside.
A gearbox service will involve the replacement of old fluid, and adjustment of the clutch if required. We also recommend a clutch and brake flush to compliment the service.
Light trucks and machinery
Our servicing facilities can accommodate light trucks up to 4.5 tonnes GVM as well as machinery such as forklifts.
This includes DPF cleaning, E-safety checks, and diesel repair & diagnostics.
Allow us to ensure your work vehicle is ready for the long haul.
Motorcycles & ATVS
Your motorcycle is a high speed machine with little room for error. Make sure you're safe, with a service and check over of your two wheeler.
Vital maintenance we cover includes inspection of clutch play, drive chain tension and lubrication bearings, nuts & bolts, suspension and the function of your brakes.
Transmission servicing
The modern transmission takes many forms. Whether it's a traditional 4-speed, a modern 8-speed, DSG or CVT - all require regular maintenance to continue functioning reliably.
Transmission fluid not only provides hydraulics, it also lubricates and cleans as does. Because of this, even manufacturer life-time approved fluid will eventually degrade and lose its much needed properties.
A transmission service will involve the replacement of this old fluid, replacement of a filter element if accessible and resetting of the transmission ECU to return your vehicle to smooth shifting
Transmission repair
Diagnosing a transmission problem is often times more economical than just replacing a faulty unit.
Your transmission uses computers, sensors and complex mechanical parts to operate, any one of these can be the cause of a less than ideal driving experience.
We offer our repair services where possible - whether it be local market, European, Japanese, or American, disassembly and repair of your transmission is possible.
